Australia’s national carrier, Qantas, is preparing for its second ultra-long-haul research flight, as part of scientific studies into minimising jetlag for passengers and improving crew wellbeing.
Air Tahiti Nui celebrated the delivery of the airline’s first 787-9 Dreamliner, via lease from ALC, last weekend. This is the first Boeing airplane to join the Tahitian airline, which plans to use the longest-range Dreamliner to replace its ageing Airbus A340s and connect its home base in the South Pacific with world capitals such as Paris, Tokyo and Los Angeles.
EVA Air has unveiled a brand-new Business class cabin that will enter service next month when the carrier begins operation using a new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.
