As Australians embrace the chill of winter by a cosy fireplace, Adventure World is inviting travel advisors to check out its Nordic Family Adventure itinerary.

Adventure World has recruited Anna Burgdorf as its Head of Product. Bringing over three decades of unparalleled expertise in brand strategy, product development, and commercial marketing, this pivotal addition completes Adventure World’s Core Executive Team.

Sasha McAlister has been confirmed as the new Marketing Manager for Adventure World, with her appointment marking a “strategic step” for the TTC brand as it continues to expand its travel offering.

Adventure World has confirmed the appointment of Elsa McLean to its Executive Team as the new Head of Sales, effective immediately. McLean last week wrapped up her nearly 20 year career with Regent Seven Seas Cruises. She was most recently the luxury cruise lines Senior Business Development Manager.

After a 4-day, 3-night immersion in Greater Kruger, Adventure World’s ‘finer things’ famil – part of South African Tourism’s Mega Lekker Escape – landed in Cape Town from Hoedspruit for a four-night deep dive.

Adventure World, in partnership with South African Tourism (SAT), is currently hosting two groups of travel advisors on trips around South Africa as part of SAT’s ‘Mega Lekker Escape’. LATTE is thrilled to be joining one of the groups, travelling on a ‘finer things’ itinerary that’s been expertly crafted by Adventure World’s South Africa and Middle East Product Manager, Sam Van Eldik.

Aussies will be able to visit Peru’s legendary Machu Picchu without even leaving the country thanks to the imminent launch of the Machu Picchu and the Golden Empires of Peru exhibition at Sydney’s Australian Museum.

With The Travel Corporation CEO Dave Hosking officially retiring on Thursday 31 October, TTC has confirmed changes to its Executive team structure, post consultation and direction from Chairman-elect, Carl Leaver.

Adventure World recently hosted seven travel advisors from Australia and New Zealand on an unforgettable famil to Peru, culminating at the world-famous Machu Picchu.

The Travel Corporation (TTC) and its 18 brands including Uniworld Boutique River Cruises and Luxury Gold, have been acquired by US private equity firm Apollo Global Management Inc, for an undisclosed amount.

Adventure World has announced Elizabeth (Liz) Glover as its new Head of Marketing. In a press release, Adventure World – the soft adventure, sustainability-focused brand of The Travel Corporation – said Glover brings a wealth of industry expertise and a deep commitment to responsible travel to the role, positioning Adventure World for continued growth and positive environmental impact.
