Aircalin

Aircalin has ordered a pair of long-range A350-900 aircraft with Airbus to support fleet adaptation and the carrier’s long-haul network expansion.

New Caledonia Tourism has introduced its first-ever e-learning platform for travel advisors, complementing an overhauled and enhanced trade website. The platforms aim to engage the industry and enhance agents’ knowledge and understanding of the South Pacific archipelago.

Aircalin has this week taken delivery of the first of two A330neo aircraft from Airbus at a ceremony in Toulouse, France as part of the airline’s fleet renewal strategy. The new jets are five metres longer than Aircalin’s existing A330-200s, enabling capacity to be increased by 25 seats.
