Jim Carreker, Managing Director of The Louise Barossa Valley brought his team to Sydney to announce the property’s award-winning restaurant, Appellation’s, new Executive Chef and Head Chef. The husband and wife team, Daniel and Emily Murphy are Barossa-born and raised and have an intense passion for locally sourced, organic foods and wines, which is reflected in the restaurant’s menu and wine lists.
