Aqua Expeditions is expanding its Indonesian offerings with the launch of its first-ever voyages to South Raja Ampat aboard the luxury yacht Aqua Blu.

National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has introduced a series of modern expedition cruising with a series of chartered voyages exploring the undersea and shoreside wonders of Indonesia aboard the Aqua Blu.

Aqua Expeditions has unveiled a series of three exclusive chef-hosted departures for 2025 with renowned Australian Chef & Restauranteur Benjamin Cross on Aqua Blu (East Indonesia) and Peruvian legend Chef Pedro Miguel on Aqua Nera (Peruvian Amazon).

Abercrombie & Kent has unveiled a new luxury small-ship experience through East Indonesia’s Raja Ampat and the Spice Islands, chartering Aqua Expeditions’ Aqua Blu for the 14-day journey. The one-off itinerary will be escorted by A&K Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Geoffrey Kent.

Luxury small-ship expedition operator, Aqua Expeditions has unveiled three exclusive Chef Hosted Departures this year featuring renowned chef Benjamin Cross aboard Aqua Blu in Indonesia and Pedro Miguel Schiaffino aboard Aqua Nera on the Amazon River.

Aqua Expeditions is offering solo travellers a special on its small-ship expeditions, with zero-supplement fares on select 2024 and 2025 departures aboard Aqua Nera, Aria Amazon, Aqua Blu, and Aqua Mekong. The offer represents a discount of up to 25%.

Aqua Expeditions has introduced SpaceX’s Starlink Satellite Internet on Aqua Mare, Aqua Nera, and Aqua Blu and will deploy the same tech aboard Aria Amazon and Aqua Mekong by September 2023. Aqua says it is now the only small ship expedition line to offer the groundbreaking technology on its voyages to the world’s most biodiverse and culturally significant destinations.

Aqua Expeditions is targeting a larger stake of business from the Australian luxury cruise segment, with Founder and CEO Francesco Galli Zugaro saying he believes Aussies could be his brand’s third largest revenue market in time.

Aqua Expeditions intends to begin welcoming back travellers aboard its ocean explorer yacht Aqua Blu in the coming days. Indonesian residents will be the first to set sail on the luxury yacht starting 22 August 2020 on a seven-night Komodo National Park Cruise. Additional itinerary departures are scheduled for 29 August and 5 September 2020.

Aqua Expeditions is offering private charter experiences for once-in-a-lifetime adventures sailing the Mekong River (Aqua Mekong), Peruvian Amazon (Aria Amazon and Aqua Nera) and the coastal waters of Eastern Indonesia (Aqua Blu).

Benjamin Cross is creating a journey of flavours as Consulting Chef for Aqua Expeditions, creating food to complement Aqua Blu’s voyages ahead of the 16 November 2019 inaugural sailing of this luxury expedition yacht in East Indonesia.
