Azamara Cruises’ new CEO will evaluate new-build ships or acquisitions in order to further raise the profile of the boutique cruise line. Speaking exclusively with LATTE this morning from Miami, Dondra Ritzenthaler says Azamara’s parent company, Sycamore Partners, remains very much receptive to the brand’s expansion.

Azamara is expanding its signature cultural immersive AzAmazing Evenings to a new level, launching AzAmazing Celebrations to the daytime and onboard.

Azamara will celebrate its 10-year anniversary of Destination Immersion programming with a special event on 8 October 2020. On this evening Azamara will enhance its signature ‘AzAmazing Evenings’ – events designed to connect guests to the local culture of a destination – and create an incomparable experience, the “Ten-Years Further Event.”

Australia’s love affair with Greece came to the fore this week in Sydney as Azamara hosted around 60 top sellers and media to a White Night celebration at Beta Bar on Wednesday. The “AzAmazing Evening” was a carbon-copy of what guests cruising with Azamara can expect when travelling with the luxury cruise line. Regardless of the country, on every sailing Azamara takes guests on an AzAmazing Evening that reflects the culture and the style of the nation they are in.
