Qantas has confirmed two new routes will join its growing international network, with flights from Perth to Auckland and Johannesburg set to take off from December 2025*.
Qantas will launch its new Brisbane-Chicago and Brisbane-San Francisco routes by the end of April 2020, the Australian carrier has confirmed today [Monday 17 June, 2019].
Chicago has all but been confirmed as Qantas’ fifth hub in the United States as part of its broader Joint Business Agreement with American Airlines. Paperwork submitted with the US Department of Transportation details the extend of a new codeshare alliance between Qantas and American, should the parties be given a green light for their proposed revenue-sharing agreement.
