Crystalbrook Sam

Crystalbrook Collection and South Australian property developers and structural steel fabricators, Samaras Group, have today broken ground on their new $120 million luxury hotel development, Crystalbrook Sam, in Halifax Street, Adelaide.

Crystalbrook Collection has been appointed to manage a $130 million new build, luxe hotel in Adelaide’s CBD. Owned by the esteemed Adelaide-based Samaras Group, the hotel will be known as Crystalbrook Sam and is due to open in 2026.
