Ovolo Hotels has promoted Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, Dave Baswal, to the top job of Chief Executive Officer. Baswal’s promotion enable Ovolo Founder and Executive Chairman, Girish Jhunjhnuwala, to focus on branding, development, and strategic growth of the business.

Beachside destinations and wineries within a few hours of capital cities on Australia’s east coast are being considered as sites for a new Ovolo Hotels sub-brand. Leisure locations such as the Gold Coast, Noosa and Byron Bay are on the radar, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Dave Baswal says.
