Luxury Lodges of Australia has welcomed Dairy Flat Lodge, a private villa of existing member Lake House in Victoria’s Daylesford spa country, to its membership.

Deep-pocketed Australians have the potential to breath new life into the flailing tourism industry, data from the Roy Morgan Research Institute suggests.

The Wolf-Tasker family are well known as innovators in regional Australian hospitality and tourism and their latest project, Dairy Flat Lodge and Farm, is yet more proof of that. The 15-hectare regenerative farm features an extensive and productive kitchen garden, a vineyard, established olive grove and an orchard of 350 heritage fruit trees. The farm will supplement Lake House, Daylesford, the original Wolf-Tasker property, and act as a luxury and experiential destination in its own right.
