Emerald Waterways and Emerald Yacht Cruises have positioned under one single brand identity, now known as Emerald Cruises. The brand is part of the Scenic Group.

Scenic Group’s six-year-old Emerald Waterways river cruise brand, a sister company to the Australian deluxe holiday brand Evergreen Cruises & Tours, has this week marked its Australian entry.

Scenic Group used its annual travel partner awards event last weekend, the ‘Night of Stars’, as the platform to reveal its next move in the oceangoing cruise segment. Company Chairman and Owner Glen Moroney announced a new super yacht for the Evergreen Cruises brand would launch from July 2021.

Evergreen Cruises & Tours has released images of Emerald Harmony, its first Star-Ship to cruise the Mekong River. The ship, which welcomed her first guests on board on 31 August 2019, is the line’s first custom-built Star-Ship outside of Europe, and has been specially designed to cruise into Ho Chi Minh City, offering river access into the heart of the city.
