Add one more travel segment that Forbes Travel Guide (“FTG”) is now affording its star rating: river cruises.

Senior leaders from Envoyage swapped the Sydney skyline for ocean views last week, heading to Santa Monica for a three-day famil hosted by Santa Monica Travel & Tourism. The visit gave the team a hands-on taste of the beachside city’s lifestyle, prestigious hotels and renowned culinary scene ahead of the Flight Centre Global Gathering.

The global roll-out of Flight Centre Travel Group’s Envoyage brand has hit a new milestone, with South Africa becoming the fifth and final market to go live.

Flight Centre Travel Group’s luxury brands had a strong presence at CLIA Australia’s recent Cruise360 event, with many interstate members of the Luxury Travel Collection making their way to Sydney for the event.

Envoyage Australia hosted an exclusive launch event for 100 VIP travel industry partners in Sydney on Wednesday night. Flight Centre Travel Group (FLT) used the backdrop of the Ivy Sunroom to unveil its newest brand ahead of it officially going ‘live’. Envoyage will replace existing brands FCTG Independent and Travel Partners in the Australian market from July 2024.

Envoyage, a leading global network of travel entrepreneurs, wrapped up a successful Worldwide 2024 event in Santiago, Chile last week. From 1-4 May 2024, 300 travel professionals from the USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand gathered to celebrate, learn, and set the future course of travel advisory services.
