Singapore Airlines is set to increase flight frequencies and boost passenger capacity across its network in the 2025 Northern Summer operating season (30 March 2025 to 25 October 2025), supporting the higher demand for air travel to several popular destinations.

“Qatar Airways is delighted to be expanding its reach in both London and throughout the UK,” said Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, His Excellency Mr Akbar Al Baker. “Earlier this month, we launched direct flights to Cardiff, the capital of Wales, clearly demonstrating our continued commitment to this market. We are very proud of our strong and extensive trade ties with the UK.”

The new flight, which will operate three times a week, will be British Airways’ first flight to Canada from Gatwick.
