Le Boat has revealed plans to expand on the Trent Severn Waterway for 2024 and cruises are now on sale for the 2024 boating season.

Viking has commenced its second season in the Great Lakes, as the new purpose-built Viking Polaris arrived in Toronto for its first port of call in the region.

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises will return to North America’s Great Lakes this year, with a total of six voyages operating across Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, Lake Huron, Lake Erie and Lake Ontario.

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has revealed 23 new cruises for its 2021/22 season aboard the bilingual expedition ship, HANSEATIC inspiration.

Viking has confirmed a launch date of January 2022 for the first ship of its new expedition division, with voyages planned for Antarctica and North America’s Great Lakes. Viking Octantis will embark on explorations in the US states of Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin and Ontario, Canada, ahead of the second ship, Viking Polaris, which will offer voyages to Antarctica and the Arctic from August 2022.
