Just a few weeks prior to its annual Travel Week, luxury travel network Virtuoso announced a promotion and several new additions to its global team. Most notably, Helen McCabe-Young has been named Senior Vice President, Global Products, while Thatcher Brown—who previously held the title—has departed Virtuoso to assume the role of CEO at Crescent Seas, a new luxury residence at sea concept.

A new initiative is underway to elevate the Virtuoso luxury travel experience through the introduction of a dedicated suites program, set to roll out in 2025.

The pioneering partnership between Virtuoso and Tourism Australia continues to drive demand with the luxury travel network recording a 34% increase in bookings for travel to the destination this year.

Member participation in Virtuoso’s new Social Media Content Centre has already exceeded that of its previous system in the few months since its launch, with initial feedback overwhelmingly positive, according to the luxury travel network’s Senior Vice President Marketing Helen McCabe-Young.
