Ignite Travel Group (ITG) has promoted Michael Middleton to the newly created role of Global Head of Cruise. Middleton has led ITG’s cruise division since 2018 as General Manager of Cruise, driving the exponential growth of its flagship brand, My Cruises.

My Cruises, renowned for its hand-crafted cruise package holidays, yesterday hosted an exclusive “Afternoon of Luxury” at The Boathouse Rose Bay, Sydney launching and celebrating the elegance and sophistication of Explora Journeys to My Cruises customers. More than 100 guests gathered on to enjoy an afternoon of refined hospitality, including French champagne, canapés, and premium beverages while learning about the exciting offerings for 2025 and 2026 from My Cruises and Explora Journeys.

In a night of recognition for trailblazing achievements, Gold-Coast based Ignite Travel Group has celebrated its inaugural ‘Sales and Service Awards’ with a cocktail evening honouring the outstanding sales and customer support agents who service the company’s key business divisions My Holiday Centre, My Cruises and Holiday Exclusives.
