Kerzner International has signed its second One&Only resort and community of Private Homes in the United States. Partnering with Nolan Reynolds International and the Culinary Institute of America, this latest project will be located in Hyde Park in the Hudson River Valley of New York state, and is earmarked to open in 2028.

Properties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Los Cabos, Mexico will join recently opened SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai, and forthcoming SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro, set to open in Q4 2024. One&Only’s latest opening, One&Only Kéa Island – a half-hour boat ride from Athens – is now accepting reservations for May 2024. Kéa Island is the Greek Cyclades’ best-kept secret. With a permanent population of around 2,300 residents, this untouched gem is a favourite weekend getaway for Athenians. One&Only’s vision to launch a property on Kéa Island was first flagged in 2017.
