Meliá Bali, the first Meliá hotel to open outside of Spain four decades ago, is set to become another first for the Spanish hotel group. From December, after extensive renovations to elevate the property into a new category, Meliá Bali will emerge as the first Paradisus hotel in Asia.

Meliá Hotels International is forecasting a “pivotal year for tourism” in 2025 as the Spanish hospitality company hones in on a strategic expansion and a repositioning plan centred on the premium and luxury segment.
