Meliá Hotels International’s first luxury hotel in Peru, The Meliá Collection Lima, will start welcoming guests in July 2026, as the hospitality giant expands its footprint in Latin America.

With the launch of a flagship property in Bali marking its Asia Pacific debut, Paradisus by Meliá will usher in a new generation of “all-inclusive” travel.

Paradisus is opening a luxury hotel in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Fuerteventura, Spain, this summer. Located on Sotavento Beach, Paradisus Fuerteventura is the island’s first luxury all-inclusive property and marks Paradisus by Meliá’s third hotel in the Canary Islands, which the brand calls “a haven for reconnection and exclusivity.”

Meliá Bali, the first Meliá hotel to open outside of Spain four decades ago, is set to become another first for the Spanish hotel group. From December, after extensive renovations to elevate the property into a new category, Meliá Bali will emerge as the first Paradisus hotel in Asia.

Meliá Hotels International is expanding its Latin American presence with the signing of an exclusive luxury hotel in Buenos Aires. Casa Lucia is the newest addition to The Meliá Collection’s curated collection of distinctive hotels, located in the Retiro neighbourhood. Marking the brand’s debut into Latin America, the property has undergone an extensive renovation and refurbishment and is set to open its doors next month.
