MSC Cruises has revealed Drew Barrymore will be the Godmother of its new U.S. flagship, MSC World America. Barrymore will be cutting the ribbon and triggering the traditional breaking of a bottle of champagne at the Naming Ceremony being held on 9 April 2025 at the new MSC Miami Cruise Terminal in Florida.

MSC Cruises’ newest flagship, MSC World America, will feature the only Eataly restaurant at sea when she enters service next year.

MSC Cruises has unveiled the exciting attractions and experiences that will await guests in The Harbour, a brand-new revolutionary outdoor space on MSC World America, specially designed for kids and families to gather, play and relax together.

MSC Cruises will bring its largest and most luxurious MSC Yacht Club concept to North American shores with the launch MSC World America in April 2025. MSC World America represents a leap forward for the cruise line’s popular World Class platform and will usher in a new world of cruising with re-imagined venues and concepts.
