Ensemble has revealed a third consecutive year of profit sharing, three years after its acquisition by Navigatr Group in 2022.

Kensington has announced the realignment of its executive team as well as the rebranding of its core businesses. The strategic change reflects the recent decentralisation of its parent company, Navigatr Group, fulfilling its objective to enable each of its travel companies to operate independently.

Ensemble, has announced its second consecutive year of profit sharing with 90% of members increasing their payouts from the previous year.

Shareholders of Ensemble Travel Group have voted in favour of an acquisition by Navigatr group in a deal that is expected to yield benefits to members and suppliers alike creating a new and innovative consortium model. The deal is expected to close at the end of May.

Ensemble Travel Group is set to be acquired by Canadian-based company, Navigatr Group, after the parties agreed in principle to the acquisition.
