Northern Escape Collection, the operator of a collection of Australian boutique sustainable lodges has this week rebranded as Morris Escapes.

Northern Escape Collection has opened the door and is accepting reservations for its latest jewel, Pelorus Private Island on the pristine waters of the World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef.

Northern Escape Collection’s newest Queensland retreat, Mt Mulligan Lodge, has joined the Luxury Lodges of Australia (LLoA) collection.

Queensland’s newest outback luxury lodge, Mt Mulligan Lodge, has set an official opening date of 15 April 2019. The lodge accepted guests during a short soft-opening period at the end of 2018 through to early January.

Located on a 28,000-hectare outback property, guests staying at Mt Mulligan Lodge will be able to experience the spirit of North Queensland’s backcountry through a unique landscape and a place where people have lived and worked for tens of thousands of years. The new lodge will soft open in late December/early January.
