Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group has unveiled details of its first resident production in Hawai’i that has been named “‘Auana”. Announced 12 months ago, the Hawai’i-inspired production will be hosted at Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel from late 2024, and is a unique curation of artistry, acrobatics and heritage.
Hawaii is set to host a Cirque du Soleil residency after Outrigger Hospitality struck a new multi-year agreement with the entertainment company. Anticipated to open in late 2024 at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber hotel, the show will fuse the world-renowned acrobatics and innovation that Cirque du Soleil is known for with the natural beauty and unique culture of the islands.
