Salter Brothers Hospitality has flagged the NSW Southern Highlands as the home to its inaugural flagship property to open under new-to-market hotel brand, Ardour Hotels & Estates. Following a $10+ million transformation, historic Milton Park Country House Hotel & Spa will relaunch under the Ardour banner as Ardour Milton Park Bowral marking the brand’s official debut.

Salter Brothers has partnered with Tokyo Century as its investment manager for the joint venture development of the Hotel Indigo Changi Airport with OUE Limited.

Salter Brothers Hospitality (SBH), Australia’s largest operator of luxury retreat hotels such as Spicers Retreats and now Bannisters, has unveiled a new brand identity as it prepares for an exciting chapter which will include the launch of Ardour Hotels & Estates.
