Accor has unveiled a new worldwide loyalty and rewards program exclusively for travel agents called HERA, Accor Travel Advisor Program. This new program includes more brands, more features, and more capabilities as well as an enhanced digital experience with easy and efficient online tools for booking, tracking and reviewing activity.

Members of Qantas Frequent Flyer and Accor’s loyalty program, ALL – Accor Live Limitless, can for the first time be rewarded twice when they fly with Qantas and stay at one of Accor’s hotels.

SO/ Hotels & Resorts has launched a new wellness program designed for its “adventurous and stylish guests and socialisers”. The new SO/ Wellness Experience is currently available at SO/ Vienna, one of the brand’s most avant-garde properties, where the program concepts are being piloted in advance of a future global roll-out.
