Marriott International will debut the iconic St. Regis Hotels & Resorts brand in Costa Rica. The property will span 20 hectares on the Gulf of Papagayo in the Guanacaste region, and is slated to open in early 2027.

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts has officially unveiled its newest property, The St. Regis Shenzhen Bao’an, marking an important milestone in the luxury hotel brand’s expansion into China.

The results are based on a rigorously defined algorithm, LTI says, that measures the performance and values of luxury hotel brands. That algorithm encompasses over 120 touch points relevant to the high-end hotel sector.

Marriott International will debut The St. Regis luxury hotel brand in Morocco in 2020. The hotel juggernaut this week announced that through a partnership with Abu Dhabi real estate private investment firm, Eagle Hills, they would open The St Regis Tamuda Bay on the country’s northwestern coast.

St Regis Zhuhai is the 10th masterpiece of Marriott International’s luxury brand in Greater China, and will welcome guests from September 2018 in the coastal city known as “Chinese Riviera”.
