Hotel Bel-Air, a Dorchester Collection hotel ushers in a new era of culinary excellence and innovation with the reveal of The Living Room and The Patisserie opening today, 16 August 2024.

The Dorchester has unveiled additional rooms and suites together with a new butler program, further enhancing the guest experience and marking another milestone in the acclaimed London hotel’s renovation.

The Dorchester will this week unveil an entirely new offering, Cake & Flowers, dedicated to showcasing patisserie and floristry, with its own entrance on the Deanery Street corner of the hotel. The visionaries behind the upcoming Cake & Flowers boutique are The Dorchester’s in-house designer florist Philip Hammond and executive pastry chef Michael Kwan.

Dorchester Collection’s Mayfair hotel, 45 Park Lane, is set to launch The Spa at 45 Park Lane as part of the hotel experience from 17 May 2021.

Dorchester Collection has provided an update on its AED 2.5+ billion hotel under development on the banks of the Dubai Canal. The Residences, Dorchester Collection, Dubai will be the ultra-luxury hospitality company’s tenth hotel and first in the Middle East.
