The Fullerton Hotel Sydney has confirmed its association with the I Preferred Hotel Rewards program. It is the only Sydney-based hotel that is currently listed as a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

This week LATTE chatted with The Fullerton Heritage General Manager, Cavaliere Giovanni Viterale, who was in Australia from Singapore to oversee the commencement of exterior remediation work of the Sydney General Post Office. As part of The Westin Sydney, Fullerton Hotels & Resorts will take over ownership and management of the five-star hotel and heritage-listed GPO in mid-October 2019, at which time it will rebrand as The Fullerton Hotel Sydney.

Singapore’s Fullerton Hotels & Resorts will look at opportunities beyond Sydney, and beyond Australia, as the upmarket hotel group mulls expanding its collection of heritage-focused properties to new markets.

Singapore’s The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts is set to expand internationally for the first time, revealing it will take over management of The Westin Sydney and 1 Martin Place, effective 18 October 2019, re-branding the property as The Fullerton Hotel Sydney.
