Viking River Cruise

Purpose-built to navigate the Nile and sail Viking’s bestselling Pharaohs & Pyramids itinerary, the new, state-of the-art Viking Aton is inspired by Viking’s award-winning river and ocean ships with the elegant Scandinavian design for which Viking is known. Viking Aton joins Viking Osiris, which launched in 2022. In addition to Viking Aton and Viking Osiris, identical sister ships Viking Hathor and Viking Sobek, are under construction and will be delivered in 2024 and 2025, respectively.

Viking Osiris joins Viking Ra, which launched in 2018. Additionally, in response to strong demand, Viking Aton, an identical sister ship to Viking Osiris, will join the fleet in 2023.

Viking will introduce a four new Viking Seine River Ships in 2020, offering a smaller guest capacity experience on its eight-day Paris & The Heart of Normandy itinerary on the Seine River. Expanding its current France river cruise fleet will be purpose-built, 168-passenger ships – Viking Kari, Viking Radgrid, Viking Skaga and Viking Fjorgyn.
